CASES is hiring! Are you a LMHC, MHC-LP, LMSW, or LCSW in New York State? Are you passionate about serving people impacted by the criminal legal system who are also navigating mental health and substance use treatment needs? If so, you could be the right fit for one of the below positions!

Therapist, Bronx: This individual will join CASES Nathaniel Clinic, a free outpatient mental health clinic providing serving New Yorkers impacted by the criminal legal system. The Therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy.

Therapist, Harlem: This individual will join CASES Assertive Community Engagement & Success (ACES) program, serving young men ages 16-24 who reside in Harlem and the Bronx. The Therapist will provide trauma-informed, community-based clinical services to enrolled participants.

Criminal Justice Specialist: This specialist will deliver evidence-based, mobile mental health services supporting adults with serious mental illness, substance use treatment needs, and criminal legal system involvement. They will build strong therapeutic relationships through community outreach, engagement, and psychoeducation while helping clients achieve recovery, maintain stability, and successfully complete their court mandates.

Outpatient Supervisor, LCSW: The Outpatient Supervisor will provide clinical leadership at the CASES Nathaniel Clinic, an OMH‑licensed outpatient mental health program serving adolescents and adults with behavioral health needs. This includes overseeing licensed clinicians and supporting day‑to‑day clinical operations, staff performance, and program development.

Substance Use Specialist: The Substance Use Specialist will join one of our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Teams. This specialist will play a key role in helping clients navigate their recovery journey by providing individualized psychoeducation, harm‑reduction support, and motivational interventions tailored to each person’s stage of change and in alignment with the ACT model.

Criminal Justice Specialist: The Criminal Justice Specialist will join one of CASES Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) teams to serve people with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use treatment needs. The specialist will act as a bridge between the criminal legal system and the FACT program—engaging clients, coordinating care during incarceration, and liaising with defense attorneys and courts.

Therapist: The Therapist will join CASES Assertive Community Engagement & Success (ACES) team, providing trauma-informed, community-based clinical services to young men ages 16-24 residing in East Harlem or the South Bronx

According to the Prison Policy Initiative, people with disabilities are overrepresented at every level of the criminal legal system, from jail and prison to probation and parole. Compared to 15% of the general population in America, 40% of people in State prison have a disability, including both cognitive and physical disabilities.

Outpatient Supervisor, LCSW: This individual will provide clinical leadership at the CASES Nathaniel Clinic, an OMH‑licensed outpatient mental health program serving adolescents and adults with behavioral health needs. This includes overseeing licensed clinicians and supporting day‑to‑day clinical operations, staff performance, and program development.

Assistant Team Leader: This team leader will join our Intensive Services Unit (ISU), a new innovative initiative within our Pretrial Services Department. The Team Leader, reporting to the Director of Arraignments, will provide direct supervision, clinical guidance, and operational support to the team members working the night shift at Manhattan Criminal Court.

Substance Use Counselor: This Substance Use Counselor will join one of our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Teams. CASES is hiring! Are you passionate about accessible and holistic mental health care? Do you have expertise serving people impacted by the criminal legal system? Are you an experienced leader and manager? If the answer is yes, you could be the perfect fit for one of the roles below!

Outpatient Supervisor, LCSW: This individual will provide clinical leadership at the CASES Nathaniel Clinic, an OMH‑licensed outpatient mental health program serving adolescents and adults with behavioral health needs. This includes overseeing licensed clinicians and supporting day‑to‑day clinical operations, staff performance, and program development.

Senior Director, Training & Development: This Senior Director will develop a strategic vision for learning and professional growth that reflects CASES mission. This includes senior-level leadership over organizational training, continuing education, Clinical support, and professional development.

Care Manager: This individual will provide person-centered care management services to empower individuals to take control of their health and well-being. This includes developing and implementing individualized care plans and leveraging motivational interviewing techniques and care coordination to support members in accessing necessary services.

Primary Clinician: This individual will join CASES OnTrack NY team to support adolescents and young adults experiencing first-episode psychosis. They will serve as primary clinician for youth and families, leading assessments, delivering outreach and engagement, and providing case management, supportive psychotherapy, and cognitive behavioral interventions within a community-based model.

Congratulations to all of our ACES graduates!

ACES is a multi-year youth violence prevention program that provides mentorship, paid work experience, education, and life skills to young men ages 16-24. Last month, we celebrated our participants who successfully completed and graduated from the program. We are so proud of our graduates and can't wait to see what they achieve next!
