CHC held its Annual Meeting and Celebration on Monday, May 18, at Sullivan & Cromwell headquarters, welcoming more than 100 guests for an evening honoring CHC’s impact, leadership, and future.
A highlight of the event was the celebration of Laurie Hanin, PhD, whose extraordinary legacy and more than 30 years of distinguished leadership have shaped CHC and transformed the lives of countless children and families. Throughout the evening, we heard reflections from CHC Board leadership, longtime supporters, and community partners across healthcare, technology, and accessibility, alongside powerful stories from CHC families and alumni whose lives have been transformed through CHC’s services. Guests also celebrated CHC’s scholarship program and welcomed the organization’s next chapter of leadership with Nancy Nadler as Incoming Executive Director. At the culmination of the program, CHC proudly announced the establishment of the Laurie Hanin Audiology Endowed Chair and officially launched a campaign in her honor, ensuring her impact will continue for generations to come.
