After receiving her medical degree with honors from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Dr. Pfeifer performed her residency at New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center's institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery. She completed advanced training in Breast Surgery as a Fellow at the prestigious Institute of Reconstructive Breast Surgery in Atlanta, Georgia.
