Last Monday I had the privilege of being a guest on The Kingfisher Project on WJFF Radio Catskill, hosted by Bill Williams.
Bill lost his son William to addiction, and he has turned that heartbreak into something meaningful by creating a show that gives families and experts a place to speak honestly about treatment, overdose, and the realities of trying to get help.
I spoke as a mom and as a documentary filmmaker, and I’m so grateful to Bill for his generosity, his courage, and for including me in this conversation.
