Fat Boys Run We Fire It Up! Fat Boys Run is a community for those who have persistently struggled with their weight. Our motto is very simple: “START YOUR DAY ONE”.

Running is our primary method of exercise, but we want our members to stay active in any way they enjoy. We realize that “cheat days” are necessary and you might go through periods of not exercising. Fat Boys Run strives to get members back on track for their day one by offering meetups for run dates, healthy cooking videos, and podcasts with everyday folks who support the Fat Boys Run mission.
