Delighted to be quoted in British Vogue this month on caring for curly and textured hair in hot weather.

Heat and humidity mean hair collects more residue over the course of a day, so people naturally reach for the shampoo more often. The problem is that extra washing can leave curls even drier and more prone to breakage.

If you've struggled with stubborn acne, you've probably heard of Accutane. But you may have also heard plenty of stories that make you wonder what treatment is really like.

Isotretinoin can be one of the most effective options for severe, scarring, or treatment-resistant acne, but it's also a medication that comes with a lot of questions.

Dr. Debra Jaliman answers these questions and explains what patients should know before starting isotretinoin.

If you or someone you know has been dealing with acne that just won't clear, this is worth a read.

In this blog, I explain which ingredients to watch for, why they can trigger acne, and what to look for instead when choosing products for clearer skin.

Sun exposure, stress, spicy foods, alcohol, heat, cold weather, and even certain skincare products can all contribute to redness and irritation. The good news is that identifying your personal triggers is one of the best ways to keep rosacea under control.

If you're tired of dealing with frequent flare-ups, we've put together a guide explaining the most common triggers and practical ways to help prevent them.

Sometimes lip filler just does not feel quite right anymore, and that is okay. Whether your results look uneven, overfilled, migrated, or you simply want a more natural look, dissolving filler can be a safe and effective option when done properly.

In my latest blog, I explain what to consider before dissolving lip filler, how the process works, what results to expect, and why choosing an experienced injector matters.

Have questions about lip filler correction or dissolving filler in NYC? This blog may help you understand your options better.
