Last month, Kelly Murphy Mason, PsyD, MS, LICSW led a brilliant discussion about Forgiveness in Unforgiving Times at the beautiful St. Johns in the Village sanctuary, moderated by PSI's Mary Ragan.

During this public conversation, Kelly discussed navigating experiences of betrayal and cruelty, abuse and neglect, oppression and injustice, managing our own feelings of guilt, shame, and self-reproach, and understanding how spiritual and religious frameworks can expand our human capacity both to forgive and to be forgiven.

Thank you to everyone who attended and participated in this engaging and meaningful conversation, and thank you Kelly and Mary for guiding us through the evening!

Yet across wisdom traditions and therapeutic frameworks, the act of forgiving is recognized as an indispensable and humane practice that restores and renews our relationships.

Embracing Forgiveness in Unforgiving Times: A Free Public Conversation discusses how committing ourselves to a forgiveness practice can open up possibilities for healing within ourselves and our communities.

Presented by the Psychotherapy & Spirituality Institute & Kelly Murphy Mason, in collaboration with the Spirituality and Flourishing group in the Harvard Flourishing Network.
