We just received another great review on Google:

Her left bunion was adjusted along with the 1st metatarsal base and pronated PIP.

Pumped left bunion, adjusted 1st metatarsal medial pronated PIP, then made another adjustment for the final vector.

Afterward, she said:

"Ah, yes, so much better. Oh, I can jump again."
"Felt like the little bones were weak, now they feel better."
"Lot stronger. Can go up on tippy toes much easier."

Her left foot was completely stuck.

The left AS medial talus was very fixated. Special Pisiform contact and made a deeper set for the adjustment.

Afterward, she said:

"Ah yeah, so much better."
"Oh, I can jump again."

This is another example of looking at the foot as a whole, especially the relationship between the talus, arches, and overall foot mechanics.

Her right bunion and 1st metatarsal were adjusted to improve the biomechanics of her foot.

After the adjustment, she said:

"Feel like all the little bones were weak, now they feel better."
"Lot stronger."
"I can go on my tippy toes much easier."

What really causes hammer toes?

How a collapsed transverse arch can affect the position of the toes and contribute to hammer toes.

Then she tests her foot by going on her tippy toes:

"Feel like all the little bones were weak, now they feel better."
"Lot stronger."
"I can go on my tippy toes much easier."

Watch the demonstration and see what happens when the transverse arch is restored.

Her right foot had limited dorsiflexion due to a misaligned talus.

I adjusted the AS medial talus, 1st metatarsal base, and PS lateral calcaneus.

"This is going to rebuild the feet."

Her reaction afterward:

"Oh yeah, so much better."

"Oh, I can jump again."

"Felt like little bones were weak, but now better."

Why does plantar fasciitis keep coming back? πŸ‘£

This X-ray shows what can happen when the arches collapse and the plantar fascia stays under constant tension.

The plantar fascia attaches across the five toes and anchors at the heel. When the arches collapse, that fascia gets stretched, creating repeated tension at the heel attachment.

Over time, the body can respond by adding bone at that attachment point. That's the heel spur you see on the X-ray.

But the important part is this: the tension is still there.

That's why in this case, the goal isn't just to focus on the heel. We need to restore the mechanics of the entire foot and its arches.
