This is how I wish I could dress at work.
Also, this immersive work reminds me of all the research I did for my thesis for grad school. My research was about the artwork of people who self-ha.rm. The longer title? Emergent themes in the artwork of people who engage in deliberate self ha.rm. It was 43 pages and 18 months of work at the Yale medical library.

I used to listen to BK Shivani. She does this meditation to end karmic debt. This is so when you wake up in the morning or if you pass tomorrow that you don't have karmic debt. I had this written down for like 8 years in my office but the other one faded so I rewrote it today.
Also, sometimes I say " from todau, respect is the only thing we exchange."
