Spring is here. Longer days, more light, and a natural shift toward more energy. For many people, this is the time to start coming out of the slower, heavier feeling that winter can bring. Not all at once—but step by step.Start SmallIf you’ve been feeling low, don’t try to change everything over...

How do you know if a relationship is unhealthy?
A lot of people get stuck asking:
“Who is the problem?”
But that question often leads to blame, confusion, or self-doubt.
A more helpful place to start is looking at the pattern:
Is this a one-time rupture, or does it keep happening?
Do I feel safe in this relationship?
Are my boundaries respected?
Am I able to stay connected to myself?
Healthy relationships are not defined by the absence of conflict.
They are defined by the presence of repair, accountability, and emotional safety.
Some relationships can grow and repair.
Some need distance.
Some need to end.
Paying attention to patterns can help you decide what is right for you.

You don’t need a total life overhaul this year.
You don’t need 12 goals, a vision board, or a personality upgrade.
👉 Just pick ONE.
One gentle shift.
One kinder habit.
One way of relating to yourself that feels a little softer.
That’s enough.
That counts.
The rest is optional.
💛 Tell me in the comments — which one are you choosing?

Healing isn’t about “fixing” your inner child.
It’s about developing an inner parent who can stay calm, kind, and protective when emotions run high.
So many of our adult struggles come from a younger part of us trying to feel safe — without enough support.
When you learn to respond to yourself with steadiness instead of criticism, everything shifts:
Your reactions soften.
Your boundaries strengthen.
Your relationships feel less desperate and more grounded.
This is what real self-trust looks like. 🤍
