We’ve gotten very good at functioning through things.⁣

We adjust. We compensate. We tell ourselves we’re busy, stressed, getting older, or that this is simply what being a woman feels like.⁣

And sometimes that works... until it doesn’t.⁣

You don’t need to become hypervigilant about every little change in your body. But there’s a difference between noticing a symptom and repeatedly explaining it away.⁣

Pay attention to patterns. Pay attention to what has changed. Pay attention when something starts interfering with how you feel or function.⁣

Your symptoms aren’t an inconvenience to silence. They’re information worth listening to.⁣

Episode 1 is going to be LONG 🍿⁣

Kidding… mostly.⁣

One of the most heartbreaking things I hear is:⁣

“I was told everything was normal.”⁣

Sometimes it is.⁣

Sometimes it isn’t.⁣

Sometimes the next step isn’t another year of waiting — it’s asking different questions, looking a little deeper, or finding someone willing to connect the dots.⁣

To everyone who’s ever left an appointment feeling dismissed or unheard… this one’s for you. 🤍⁣

IVF can make it feel like success is hidden in the next supplement, the next test, or the next protocol adjustment.

But don’t become so focused on optimizing the details that you overlook the foundations.

Your body still needs good food, restorative sleep, moments of rest, and a nervous system that isn’t constantly bracing for the next thing.

The basics may not be the most exciting part of fertility care, but they matter more than most people realize. ❤️

One of the hardest parts of infertility is how quickly people can turn confusion into self-blame.

When answers are incomplete or the path feels unclear, many assume they did something wrong, waited too long, or somehow caused this. That is rarely the truth.

Fertility is nuanced. The body is nuanced. And your story deserves care that reflects that complexity.

This week is a reminder that awareness should include compassion—not just statistics.

If this journey is yours, you are not alone.

National Infertility Awareness Week is a reminder that infertility is far more common than many realize— and often far more invisible than it appears.⁣

For anyone navigating this path right now: you are seen, and you are not alone.⁣

This week I’ll be sharing support, education, and perspective for those on the fertility journey.⁣

If this resonates with you or someone you love, feel free to share.⁣

Most people are told egg quality is pure luck or age… but that’s not the full story.⁣
Your ovaries respond to how you nourish, rest, support your hormones, and care for your overall health — and meaningful change can happen in about three months.⁣

Research shows that the egg’s final maturation window (≈ 90 days) is when mitochondria, oxidative stress, inflammation, and hormone signaling can all be supported through lifestyle and targeted nutrition.⁣

If fertility is part of your journey right now, remember: you have more influence than you’ve been led to believe.⁣

Save this for when you need a reminder 🩷

If you’re in your 40s and suddenly feel “off,” this is why.⁣
Perimenopause shows up in four core ways —⁣
not as chaos, but as recalibration.⁣
When you understand the pattern, you stop fighting your body and start supporting it.⁣

Save this — you’ll want to come back to it.⁣

Which of the four are you noticing most?⁣

Follow for grounded, clinically-informed support through perimenopause.⁣

When implantation keeps failing - especially with genetically normal embryos - the next step isn’t always “do more.”⁣

Sometimes it’s look deeper at the environment.⁣

The uterine microbiome is a subtle but powerful factor in inflammation, immune signaling, and receptivity. And for the right patient, testing can provide clarity when everything else appears normal.⁣

This isn’t a first-line test.⁣
But in the right context, it can change the trajectory.⁣

As highlighted in a recent Fertility & Sterility review:⁣

“The reproductive tract microbiome — especially whether it’s Lactobacillus-dominant or not — is emerging as an important factor in female fertility and assisted reproductive outcomes.”⁣

DOI: 10.1016/j.fertnstert.2026.01.010⁣

✨ I walk through exactly how uterine microbiome testing works — and when it’s worth considering — in my full YouTube video. You’ll find it linked in my bio.⁣
