→ A retinoid
→ An antioxidant, every morning

Post-SmartGraft, LED light therapy is one of the most underrated recovery tools. 💡 Red/near-infrared wavelengths help calm scalp inflammation, support circulation to the follicles, and speed up the healing of those tiny extraction/implant sites — all without any downtime. It’s a simple add-on that can make a real difference in how your scalp feels (and heals) in those first few weeks. Ask your provider if it’s right for your recovery plan. 🌿
