If this angered you… 😡
-
GOOD! 🫢
-
Kidding…. Kinda.
Obviously I don’t want to anger you BUT!
You have to understand, most of the medical system doesn’t have time for you. They don’t have time to truly dive into your issue let alone properly guide you through it.
-
And when the generic nonsense doesn’t work, then “Oh, it’s the arthritis. It’s bone on bone” with no other info. It scares the 💩 out of you and you think “I have to restrict everything and move it less so it (the pain area) doesn’t get angry”
-
This goes for arthritis anywhere, meniscus tears, labrum tears, old rotator cuff tears, etc.)
-
And then for some reason, instead of getting better, it stays the same or gets worse 😩
(Surprise surprise 😤)
-
This is exactly what my patients went through before seeing my team and I
-
People who were at a loss of what to do. Scared and in pain. Miserable and not able to do what they wanted. Terrified of almost every single movement before it even caused any sensation at all!
-
And then we put in the physical/psychological work and magically everything opens up! Knee pain goes away, the hip moves with ease, the back starts to bend and rotate, the shoulders raise the roof, and life is awesome! 🙌
-
And the last thing we did was restrict!! In fact, we take a machete to the red tape and get your body moving properly!! 🕺🏻
-
So please, STOP RESTRICTING. MOVE. YOUR. BODY!!
-
And if you’re from NY/NJ/FL, and want guidance on how to do that properly, click the link in my bio for a FREE 30 min consultation! Let’s get you feeling better, stronger, more confident in your body, and back in control!! ❤️

“Take it easy” 🤡
-
I think not!
-
Movement is crucial for the body. The more you restrict, the worse the pain gets and the more it spreads to other areas
-
I know it seems counterintuitive, but I promise you, with graded and progressive exposure to different kinds of movement, you WILL start to get your life back!
-
Motion is lotion and brings all the commotion! ❤️

😖 Headaches and Migraines SUCK! 😖
-
I’ve had so many patients that had headaches/migraines due to tight muscles around the base of the neck/head and shoulders 🥵
-
This can cause sporadic headaches/migraines which I know we don’t have time for 😵‍💫
-
And that’s why this move is so handy 👋
-
It works on mobilizing/activating the muscles of the neck and shoulder while at the same time giving them a nice stretch which can free up the tension that’s in the area! 🤩
-
Opening up those muscles and joints can decrease that “pressure” which will help your neuromuscular system “breathe” and in turn, take away those headaches and migraines! Oh! And neck pain, too!🕺🏻
-
So give this move a try and let me know how it feels! Make sure to take your time and breathe plenty 😮‍💨
-
As always, if this move causes you pain, decrease the range of movement. If pain persists, stop the exercise! 🤗
