As an RD, I get asked about supplements constantly! And while every person is different, these are the 6 I recommend most often:
💊 Vitamin D3 + K2: D3 keeps your immune system strong and your bones dense. K2 makes sure the calcium you’re taking actually ends up in your bones, not your arteries. They work better together.
🐟 Omega-3s: Your brain, heart, and joints all run better on these. Think decreased inflammation, sharper thinking, and better cardiovascular health. Non-negotiable for most people.
😴 Magnesium: Involved in over 300 processes in your body including sleep, muscle recovery, and blood sugar regulation. And most of us aren’t getting enough! This one is a game changer.
