Swipe to meet a very young doctor…

I didn't begin in skin. I began with the whole person: the patterns, the physiology, and the stories people carry in their bodies.

Those years taught me something I still carry today: nothing in the body happens in isolation. Everything is connected. Often, skin is where that connection becomes visible. That's what drew me to this work.

I've never believed my job is to change how a patient looks. Most of the time, who they are is already there. My job is simply to help them see themselves again.

I’ve always loved astrology, and as many of you know, it’s part of the daily conversation at Clinique YFT (yes, we have both a medical chart and a birth chart for every patient ).

Jupiter moving into Leo feels very on theme: more beauty, more confidence, more permission to be seen.

As a medical aesthetic doctor, I’ve always believed the best work isn’t about changing who you are, it’s about enhancing what was already there.

And as a Venus in Leo woman, I’ll always have a soft spot for the things that make us feel like ourselves: the lipstick, the fashion, the moment you catch yourself in the mirror post-treatment and think… THERE SHE IS. 💋

My secret to looking good in the morning? It's the very last thing I do the night before. That's all I'm saying... for now. 😉

I think we underestimate how much a change of scenery changes us. Somewhere between the outfits, the dinners, the ocean, and the late nights… I remembered that the best moments usually aren’t the ones you plan perfectly.

Travel has a way of bringing you back to yourself. A new place has a way of reminding you there’s more to you than your to-do list.

So here’s how I pack for it: pieces I love, things I’ll actually wear, and a little room left for whatever the trip decides to surprise me with.

(I wrote a whole newsletter about my approach to packing — DM me if you want it sent straight to your inbox )

Seek the pleasure. Look beautiful the whole time 💋

A wedding in Greece is really just an excuse to wear all your favorite outfits in one week.

Thank you to the dream team for making me feel so glam after long flights, very little sleep, and an incredible amount of dancing.

(Also… cannot wait to share the new product that had my skin event-ready and glowing. Stay tuned.)

Still thinking about the wedding, the sunsets, and whether I can justify moving into a hotel overlooking the sea permanently. 🌊

I spent the afternoon across the bridge at the Iris van Herpen exhibit at the Brooklyn Museum. Brooklyn Museum

I went for the fashion, but somewhere between the floating silhouettes, the textures, and the pieces that seemed to breathe on their own (literally), I stopped thinking about fashion altogether.

I haven't experienced something so beautiful and consuming, in the best possible way, in a very long time.

Walking through the exhibit, I kept trying to understand why it affected me so deeply. Was it the artistry? The innovation?

And then it hit me: this is what fascinates me every day in my work. I spend most of my days thinking about faces, perception, and the invisible forces that shape how we experience the world. The things we register before we understand them. The things we feel before we can explain them.

This exhibit felt like a reminder that some experiences are meant to bypass language altogether. And isn't that the most seductive kind of beauty?

As a medical aesthetic doctor for over 25 years, I've had a front-row seat to every beauty obsession imaginable: higher cheekbones, fuller lips, sharper jawlines. More of this. Less of that.

And yet, I keep coming back to the same conclusion: Skin is the foundation of beauty.

In neuroaesthetics, the science of how our brains perceive beauty, healthy skin is one of the strongest signals of attractiveness. Before anyone notices your lips, your cheekbones, or your jawline, their brain has already registered your skin.

We spend so much time looking for the "one thing" that will make us look better, while often overlooking the thing that's literally covering 100% of us. So while everyone else is chasing features, I'm focused on the canvas. Turns out the ultimate glow-up isn’t a feature, it’s the foundation!

Unpopular opinion: I don’t take peptides. I know…the algorithm just gasped. 😂 But seriously, when did every wellness conversation become about peptides?

Here’s my very Virgo-doctor take: I’m less interested in trends and more interested in evidence. Right now, I’m simply not convinced enough to make them part of my own routine.

Could they be the future? Maybe. Could I change my mind? Absolutely.

If you’re curious, do your research, work with someone knowledgeable, and decide what feels right for you.

Three unforgettable faces. Not because they looked alike, but because they didn’t.

Strong bone structure. Individual features. Personality. Presence.

The most beautiful faces have never been the most perfect ones. They’re the ones you recognize instantly. The ones with character. The ones that leave an impression.

I’ve always been drawn to that kind of beauty, and it’s shaped my philosophy in aesthetic medicine. The goal should never be to change a face, it’s to preserve what makes it unique and enhance the features that are already there.

Timeless. Effortless. Unmistakably their own.
