𝘿𝙧. 𝙈𝙞𝙠𝙚, 𝘿𝙧. 𝙋𝙖𝙩, and 𝘿𝙧. 𝙇𝙚𝙫 had a great time presenting a 𝑾𝒆𝒆𝒌𝒆𝒏𝒅 𝑾𝒂𝒓𝒓𝒊𝒐𝒓 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒌𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒑 at our sister location in Long Island.

👩‍💻This Workshop was design for people who work hard Mon-Fri and stay active during the weekends. Our mission is to educate people about maximizing body movement patterns to restore function, prevent injury, and perform better.
