I specialize in helping clients work through anxiety and depression using Cognitive Behavior Therapy which helps one understand his or her thoughts and feelings and how they impact behavior. I provide empathetic and warm support to my clients assisting them find meaning and purpose in their lives and relationships. I have a unique focus on self acceptance and embracing all parts that make us human.

You are not your anxious thoughts.
You are the one noticing them.

Anxiety has a way of convincing us that every thought is urgent, every fear is truth, and every uncomfortable feeling needs to be solved immediately. But thoughts are not facts. They are experiences passing through the mind.

The moment you pause and observe the thought instead of becoming consumed by it, you create a little space. And in that space, there is room for grounding, self-compassion, and calm.

You do not have to believe every anxious thought you have.
