I’m happy to share that I’ll be a keynote panel speaker at the ALPHAWHISPERERS™️ Global Book Launch, speaking on Longevity Intelligence & the Future of Human Sustainability: Designing Leadership Endurance in High-Complexity Environments.

I’ll be speaking about what actually makes leadership endure: the decisions, patterns, and pressure most leaders never stop to examine.

Calling all founders and change makers to join us. This is a rare opportunity to be in a room with the family office principals, institutional leaders, and strategic partners shaping decisions long before they’re made.

It’s a full day at Japan Society on September 8th, opening with a keynote from:

✨Janet C. Salazar Janet C. Salazar 囁希 (author of ALPHAWHISPERERS™️, strategist, visionary, and investor) on The Invisible Architecture of Power

Followed by:
✨Dr. Kellyann Petrucci Dr Kellyann (founder of Dr Kellyann, creator of The Bone Broth Diet, and a United Nations Goodwill Ambassador) on The Future of Human-Centered Decision-Making Anchored on Longevity Intelligence

…and closing with a reception for the room, alongside a screening of the award winning film Show Her The Money.

As the book puts it, power is rarely where people think it is, and this is where that conversation happens.

What if being anxious was never about being too much?

You reread the text before you send it.
You spiral when the reply comes late.
You apologize first, just in case.

You’ve probably called this overthinking. Or neediness. Or being “too sensitive.”

But what if none of that is the truth?

Somewhere along the way, your mind learned that closeness had to be protected, or it could disappear. So it built a system to keep you close to the people you love: checking, smoothing, reaching first.

It’s trying to keep you close to people, the way closeness once kept you safe.

That’s not a flaw to fix. It’s a signal worth decoding.

If this sounds like you, you’re not too sensitive, and you’re not too much.

What if discomfort isn’t the enemy?

You feel it.

And you tell yourself to push through it.
Do the hard thing.
Don’t let it stop you.

Or you tell yourself the opposite.
Slow down.
Wait until it feels easier.

Both feel true in the moment.

But neither one is asking the real question.

What is creating this discomfort?

Perhaps it’s fear.
Perhaps it’s an old belief.
Perhaps it’s a story about what might happen next.

The discomfort itself is not the guide.

Decoding what is underneath it is.

Once you decode what is driving it, you stop having to choose between pushing through suffering and waiting for a path that never comes.

Comment DECODE and I’ll send you my guide to The Secret to Your Thoughts & Emotions. ❤️

What if taking action isn’t actually the key to success?

You do the thing. You check it off. You keep moving.

You hoped the momentum would finally bring the certainty you were chasing. Instead you’re more tired, and just as unsure as before you started.

That’s because action alone was never going to get you there. Action can mask:

a lack of faith

a lack of inner knowing

a lack of trust that you will fulfill your desires

And on the days you pause instead of push, that pause isn’t automatically avoidance. Inaction can be:

a sign of fear

a sign of an inner pause, so you can move forward more empowered

It’s not the action, or the inaction, that creates the outcome. It’s what’s underneath it.

Ask yourself: what is at the root of what you’re doing, or not doing? Is it fear, or is it trust? The answer will show you exactly what needs to shift.

Follow me for more wisdom on decoding what’s really driving your actions. ❤️

What if your negative thoughts aren’t the problem…

but the solution?

That’s not how you see it right now.

A negative thought shows up.

“I’m not good enough.”
“They’re upset with me.”
“I always mess this up.”

And your instinct is to fight it.

You push it away.
You distract yourself from it.
You tell yourself to think positive instead.

Either way… you treat the thought like the enemy.

Something to manage. Fix. Silence.

Your thought isn’t the problem.

It’s the solution knocking.
Waiting for you to actually decode.

This is the work I get to carry.

Helping you stop fighting your thoughts long enough to decode what they’re really pointing to.
Because that same question doesn’t stop with your thoughts.

Let’s decode what your body has been trying to tell you, tension, exhaustion, and pain are rarely random.

Let’s decode your parenting style, how you were raised, how you raise, and how you treat the child still in you.

And let’s decode what’s really driving the way you lead, because your next breakthrough starts with the thoughts you’ve been trying to silence, not another brainstorm.

This is where I’m bringing that work next:
🗓 Sept 27 — Decode Your Parenting
🗓 Oct 18 — Decode Your Leadership
🗓 Dec 5 — Decode Your Body

And close to my heart… I’m coming back to Paris, to decode your thoughts and emotions with you again.

A new event in London will be announced soon too.

Every one of these grew from the same question:
What becomes possible the moment you stop fighting your thoughts and start decoding them instead?

I’d love for you to find out with me.

Which one is calling you? ❤️

I’m happy to share that I was featured in Parade, in the article, “This 28-Year-Old Children’s Show Is Still One of the Best Ways To Teach Your Kids Life Skills, Psychologists Say.”

Chrissy Callahan asked me about a show many of us grew up with, Out of the Box, and why child psychologists still point to it decades later.

In the article, I shared why the most valuable part of that show was never the crafts, but everything happening in between them — the thinking, the experimenting, the discovering.

So often, we believe that stepping in and solving the problem for our kids is what helps them feel capable.

But a child who only sees problems followed immediately by solutions may begin to believe that capable people don’t struggle.

A child who watches the middle learns that struggle is part of thinking, creating and solving problems, and that it can be worked through.

Comment “PARADE” and I’ll send you the link to the full article.

Thank you, ChrissyCallahan , for writing this thoughtful piece, and to PARADE Magazine for featuring me again. 🙏🏻
