"In 2018, I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer after a painful lump appeared in my breast. Despite the shock, I was determined to take control of my own healing. After undergoing multiple surgeries, including a double mastectomy and reconstructive procedures, I chose to live “flat” with four replacement breasts instead of opting for implants. But the road was anything but easy. Surgeries, painful revisions, and a constant struggle with self-confidence became my reality. Yet, despite everything, I chose not to undergo traditional treatments like chemotherapy, relying instead on diet, meditation, and prayer.

Cancer changed my life, but it also gave me strength and resilience. Now, I educate others on what it truly means to live flat and advocate for their own health. Life may be different, but it is still beautiful.
