People ask me, “When do you need a coach or a mentor?”
The answer is simple: Always.
Life is a game, and when you’re in the game, you can’t always see what’s to your left or right. Challenges become normal, and without someone with a different perspective, it’s easy to stay stuck.
A coach gives you vision, strategy, accountability, and the courage to make the adjustments that move you forward.
I’ve had mentors for over 24 years, and I still have them today. Why? Because I’m still growing. I’m still learning. I’m still chasing the next level.
You need a coach when life is hard, when you’re facing challenges, and everything feels like it’s falling apart. But you also need one when life is going great—because that’s when you have the opportunity to grow even faster.
If you want to keep evolving, will you stay coachable?
