Use our Back to School Check-up Checklist to help you remember important health visits and screenings before the school year begins:

✅Schedule a routine check-up

🧠 Mental health matters in the classroom!

Did you know that mental health and behavioral challenges can affect a child’s ability to focus, attend school, and fully engage in learning?

From anxiety and low self-esteem to ADHD and exposure to traumatic experiences, many factors can create barriers to learning and affect school attendance.

At Healthy and Ready to Learn, we believe that understanding these barriers is an important step toward helping children feel supported, healthy, and ready to learn. 💙📚
