If you want a little extra pick-me-up in your latte, swap the added sugar for a date šŸ¤Ž it gives you that natural sweetness + makes it sooo creamy.

date latte ā˜•ļø
1 date
a little hot water
2 oz espresso
ice
4 oz milk of choice

Soften the date in a little hot water, then blend with your espresso until smooth. Pour over ice, add your milk + that’s literally it.

If you like it a little sweeter, add ½–1 tsp honey.

Comment GUT and I’ll send you the link to order your GI-MAP + personalized interpretation.

I need to brag about my client for a second.

She was getting so nauseous after eating that she would have to run out of restaurants or pull over while driving.

She also mentioned a weird pinching pain on her right side—and when I asked more questions, we realized higher-fat foods and even fish oil could make her feel worse.

Was it H. pylori? Poor fat digestion? Pancreatic insufficiency? Inflammation? Her gallbladder?

This is why I don’t guess.

We ran a GI-MAP to collect more data.

Her H. pylori was detected at a very low level but remained below the positive threshold. Her pancreatic enzyme marker looked strong. Her steatocrit was elevated.

But here’s where having someone who can actually interpret the test matters:

A result being ā€œwithin rangeā€ does not mean I ignore the woman sitting in front of me who is running out of restaurants because she is so goddamn nauseous.

The GI-MAP helped us rule out several things we did not need to chase. Then I matched the findings to her symptoms and recognized that fat digestion and gallbladder function still needed further attention.

That’s the difference between ordering a test and knowing what to do with it.

The report gives us data.

I connect the dots.

If you’re struggling with chronic nausea after eating, bloating, reflux, food reactions or unpredictable digestion—and generic advice hasn’t helped—comment GUT and I’ll send you the link to purchase your GI-MAP + personalized functional nutrition interpretation.
