A Wig Fitting on a Manhattan Sidewalk 👩‍🦰💛

When a client couldn't walk upstairs, Andrew DiSimone brought the salon downstairs.💛

Our client is currently undergoing cancer treatment. When she couldn't make it up the stairs after visiting Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Andrew set up a makeshift salon right on Lexington Avenue to fit and style her new wig. ✂️🪞

💙 Young Boy with Alopecia Gets Free Wig

Julian, a young boy with alopecia, received a free wig through the amazing nonprofit Children With Hair Loss. His mom took him to HairPlaceNYC, where our stylist, Elise Cole, customized, permed, cut, and styled his wig to create the perfect fit.

When the transformation was complete, his mom couldn't stop smiling, and Julian shared that he was excited to wear his new hair during summer vacation and when he heads back to school. ☀️🎒
