Most people don’t have a motivation problem. They have an overload problem. Most people wait until they feel burned out before they start taking care of themselves. A better approach is creating small daily habits before stress starts piling up. Even simple things help: morning walks, more water, better sleep, less negativity, calmer routines, and daily wellness habits. Little things done consistently usually matter more than extreme changes that never last. What’s one healthy habit you want to improve this year?
