Meaningful conversations through tea and herbs ❤️

Words from our CEO, Thomas Leung, reflecting on yesterday’s filming with 鳳凰資訊 PhoenixTVNews(凤凰资讯) for Season 2 of Chinese Medicine Across the World.

Kamwo has never been the story of one person. For generations, it has been shaped by practitioners, educators, team members, families, and members of the Chinese medicine community who have shared their knowledge, dedication, and experience with us.

As Thomas reflected during the filming, what we inherit also comes with responsibility.

For Kamwo, that means continuing to support practitioners, raise standards, educate the next generation, and help Chinese medicine continue to grow and evolve.

We are grateful to Phoenix TV for inviting Kamwo to be a part of this upcoming season and for giving us the opportunity to reflect on where we have come from and where the profession is going.

Our history is collective, and so is what comes next.

During the hot and humid days of summer, choosing lighter, hydrating foods may help support healthy digestion, healthy fluid balance, and overall wellness.

In this post, we're highlighting a few seasonal favorites, including cucumber, watermelon, corn, adzuki beans, and leafy greens, that have traditionally been enjoyed during the summer months.

💚 Save this post for your next grocery trip or whenever you need inspiration for seasonal eating.

🌿 Stay tuned for Part 3, where we'll introduce traditional Chinese herbs that have long been used to support the body's natural response to Summer Dampness.

Traditional Chinese Medicine has recognized this pattern for centuries, describing hives as a condition influenced by "Wind" and other underlying imbalances within the body.

Our newest blog explores:

✨ The connection between stress, diet, and skin
✨ How acupuncture and herbal medicine may support individualized care
