It's been a while, hasn't it? Consider this your warm, no-guilt hello.

When life gets full, and routines start slipping, I understand why self-care is usually the first thing to go. But the beauty of acupuncture is that it meets you exactly where you are; no need to explain the gap or make up for lost time.

Fall is a naturally good moment to rebalance, so if your body has been quietly asking for a reset, I'd love to help you find your footing again. Book a visit at katemansfieldacupuncture.com, or text 929-277-0760 if you'd rather start with a free 15-minute check-in.

Regular acupuncture shouldn't require a major investment of time or money. My Tuesday night community sessions are built to be the exception, offering:

▪️ 45 minutes of deep rest for $75
▪️ Fully clothed, in a calm multi-bed setting
▪️ Your pick of three treatments: ear acupuncture, Buddha's Triangle, or Four Gates
▪️ Evening slots starting at 6 pm

It's an easy, low-pressure way to fold acupuncture into a busy NYC life, no matter where you are on your wellness journey.

Spots are limited each week. Text your name and preferred time to 929-277-0760 to reserve yours.

As the days shorten, it's common to notice your energy dip, your sleep wobble, or your mood turn a bit wistful. None of that means anything is wrong.

There's a reason the season affects us this way. In Five Element theory, autumn belongs to Metal, the element tied to the Lungs and to the natural work of letting go. So when fall arrives, your system is often simply adjusting to that pull, and a little support can make the change feel smoother.

One well-timed treatment can help you meet fall steadier, clearer, and more like yourself.

Ready to ease into the shift? Book a seasonal tune-up or a free 15-minute consultation at katemansfieldacupuncture.com.

When most of us imagine acupuncture, we picture back pain. Pain is a big part of what I treat, but it's only the tip of the iceberg.

Clients also come to me for low energy, anxiety that won't switch off, restless sleep, or ongoing digestive troubles. Others simply don't feel like themselves and want to find their way back. Because Five Element work treats the whole person, it can support you emotionally and on the spirit level too, not only physically.

That tends to be the part that surprises people most. They come in for one thing and leave feeling lighter in ways they didn't expect.

Whatever has been nagging at you, let's talk it through. Text me at 929-277-0760 to set up a free 15-minute consultation.

NYC has an acupuncturist on nearly every block, so it's fair to ask what makes Five Element different. My answer is simple: most services look at your symptoms, but Five Element looks at the whole person underneath them.

Every one of us is made up of the five elements: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, or Water, and when one falls out of balance, that shows up in both how we feel and how we move through life. A Wood imbalance, for example, might surface as frustration and tension alongside the physical aches.

Finding that root element is what lets me build a treatment around you.

Curious which element you might be expressing? Let's explore it together in a free 15-minute consultation, bookable at katemansfieldacupuncture.com.

Before a first visit, nearly everyone wants to know the same thing: whether acupuncture is going to hurt.

Most people are surprised by how little they notice. The needles I use are about as fine as a strand of hair, so while sometimes you can feel a quick pinch or a dull ache, more often you will feel nothing at all.

Most of my clients relax partway through their appointments, occasionally so deeply they drift off mid-treatment.

If nerves are the only thing holding you back, let's talk it through first. Book a free 15-minute consultation at katemansfieldacupuncture.com and ask me anything, no commitment needed.
