Last OR day of the year always hits a little different — tired legs, full heart, and that quiet reminder of why we do this. Working alongside residents is one of the greatest privileges: teaching in real time, learning right back, and watching growth happen in the moments that aren’t easy. Because let’s be honest — this work asks a lot of us.
