If you’re looking for ADHD treatment in NYC, it’s important to know that stimulant medications aren’t the only option.

In this video, Dr. Edward Fruitman, Medical Director at Trifecta Health, discusses non-stimulant ADHD medications and how they may benefit adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)—including differences in treatment response between women and men.

He explains the potential benefits of Qelbree® (viloxazine) and Strattera® (atomoxetine), two FDA-approved non-stimulant medications that may help improve focus, attention, and impulse control. Because these medications are not stimulants, they may also be a good option for certain patients with coexisting anxiety or depression.

Every ADHD treatment plan should be personalized. If you’re struggling with ADHD symptoms, a comprehensive evaluation can help determine the right approach for you.

Your brain isn’t lazy. It just works differently. 🧠

ADHD is more than being distracted.

It can look like:
• Starting 10 tasks and finishing none
• Forgetting things even when they matter
• Feeling overwhelmed by simple decisions
• Hyperfocusing for hours, then losing track of time
• Constantly telling yourself you’ll do it «later»

Many adults live with ADHD for years without realizing it. They blame themselves instead of recognizing the signs.

The good news? ADHD is treatable. With the right diagnosis and personalized treatment plan, you can improve focus, reduce overwhelm, and feel more in control of your daily life.

If these symptoms sound familiar, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

📍 Schedule a consultation with Trifecta Health and take the first step toward understanding your brain.

Depression doesn’t always look like sadness.

Sometimes it looks like:
• feeling exhausted no matter how much you sleep
• losing interest in things you used to enjoy
• pulling away from friends and family
• struggling to focus or make simple decisions
• feeling numb instead of emotional
• smiling on the outside while silently struggling

Depression can affect anyone, and it doesn’t always look the way people expect.

The good news? You don’t have to go through it alone. With the right support and treatment, recovery is possible.

If these signs feel familiar to you or someone you care about, reaching out for help is a brave first step. 💙

At Trifecta Health, our experienced mental health providers offer personalized treatment plans designed to help you feel like yourself again.

5 Must-Know Tips for a Panic Attack 💙

Panic attacks can feel overwhelming, but they will pass. Here are a few things that can help in the moment:

1️⃣ Remind yourself what’s happening.
A panic attack feels intense, but it’s not dangerous. The symptoms will peak and then gradually fade.

2️⃣ Slow your breathing.
Try breathing in through your nose for 4 seconds and out slowly for 6 seconds. Focus on making your exhale longer than your inhale.

3️⃣ Ground yourself.
Look around and name 5 things you can see, 4 you can touch, 3 you can hear, 2 you can smell, and 1 you can taste.

4️⃣ Don’t fight the feeling.
The more you try to force it away, the stronger it can feel. Let it come and go like a wave.

5️⃣ Reach out if it keeps happening.
Frequent panic attacks are treatable. The right support and treatment can make a real difference.

If panic attacks are interfering with your daily life, you don’t have to manage them alone. Our experienced mental health providers at Trifecta Health create personalized treatment plans to help you regain confidence and peace of mind.

If you’ve been wondering whether ADHD medication is right for you, this is worth watching.

In this video, Dr. Edward Fruitman explains how non-stimulant ADHD medications work, what to expect during the first few weeks, and why patience is important. While these medications can take 4–6 weeks to reach their full effect, many people notice better focus, improved productivity, and even reduced anxiety over time.

For someone starting ADHD treatment for the first time, the right medication can make everyday life feel clearer and more manageable.
