If you’ve been diagnosed with osteopenia or osteoporosis and feel frustrated, you are not alone.
The good news is that bones respond to progressive resistance and impact. In my physical therapy practice, I use strength training to help women build bone density, improve balance, and feel strong again.
You do not need a complicated program. You need appropriately challenging weight and gradual progression.
