Such an incredible trip to Isla Mujeres 🇲🇽 with so many amazing people. This was my first yoga retreat and I am so appreciative (Appreciation was the theme of the week!) to have been able to rest, prioritize my health, and share in the human experience with women who were strangers before this trip and whom I now feel are my community. Huge thanks to for putting together this amazing experience. ❤️
