Congratulations to Ms. Wheelchair New York 2027, Samantha VanAlstyne, who was crowned today!

As I reflect on my own journey with being Ms. Wheelchair New York 2024, I’m reminded that the advocacy doesn’t stop, crown or not. This competition isn’t about looks but rather the efforts to advocate on behalf of the disabled women community. A few years later, I’m still grateful to have held that title. I have no doubts that you’ll enjoy the experience, Sam!!
