🚨 3 SIGNS YOUR FEET ARE TRYING TO WARN YOU — DON’T IGNORE THEM. 👣

Most people think foot problems are just… foot problems.

But your feet can sometimes give you clues about what’s happening with the rest of your body.

⚠️ 1. Sudden swelling, redness & severe pain
Especially in the big toe? It could be more than an ordinary “footache.”

⚠️ 2. Numbness, tingling or burning
Don’t automatically blame your shoes. Changes in sensation deserve attention.

⚠️ 3. A wound that isn’t healing
Especially if you have diabetes—this is something you should NEVER casually ignore.

Your feet carry you through your entire life. Pay attention to what they’re telling you.

👣 The earlier you recognize a problem, the more options you may have.

📌 SAVE this.
📲 SEND it to someone you love.
💬 Which sign surprised you the most?

And remember: Don’t wait for your feet to scream before you listen.

If you have a new skin lesion on your foot that is not going away, consult a Foot doctor

-Common Symptoms of Kaposis Sarcoma:
Flat or raised patches that look red, purple, brown, or black.
-Swelling: Painless or painful swelling in the legs or lymph nodes.
-Internal Involvement: Can affect the lungs (causing shortness of breath or coughing blood) or the digestive tract (causing stomach pain, nausea, or bleeding).

Treatment Options:
-Antiretroviral Therapy (ART): Essential for managing HIV-related Kaposi sarcoma by restoring immune function.

-Local Treatments: Radiation therapy, cryotherapy (freezing), or topical treatments for mild skin lesions.

-Systemic Chemotherapy: Used for widespread disease or internal organ involvement.Adjusting Medications: Lowering or changing immunosuppressive drugs for transplant-related cases

🚨 STOP NORMALIZING FOOT PAIN. 🚨

If every step hurts, you don’t have to “just live with it.” 👣

Try these 2 simple changes first:
👟 Choose shoes with a wider toe box — give your toes room to breathe.
🧴 Moisturize your feet daily — especially if your skin is dry, cracked, or irritated.

But if the pain keeps coming back or these changes aren’t enough, there may be a structural problem that needs to be addressed.

✨ And yes — when surgery is appropriate, minimally invasive techniques may offer a smaller-incision approach to correcting the problem.

💳 Many foot & ankle procedures are covered by insurance, and self-pay options may also be available.
Your feet carry you through everything. Don’t ignore what they’re trying to tell you.

👇 Comment “FEET” if you’ve been dealing with foot pain, and share this with someone who keeps saying, “It’s just my feet.”

🚨 That “bump” on your bone may not be a bump at all…

Meet osteochondroma — one of the most common benign bone tumors.

🦴 It’s an outgrowth of bone and cartilage that often develops near the growth plate, commonly around the knee or ankle.

Many osteochondromas cause no symptoms and are simply discovered on an X-ray. But they can sometimes cause:
• A visible or palpable lump
• Pain or irritation from shoes
• Limited motion
• Pressure on nearby tendons, nerves, or blood vessels

👉 The good news? Most are benign and don’t require treatment. However, a growing or painful mass should be evaluated to make sure there isn’t something more serious going on.

Don’t ignore a new or changing lump on your foot or ankle. 🦶

Have you ever had a bone bump that you thought was “just part of your anatomy”? 👇

That “little corn” on your 2nd toe? It may be the reason you’ve been in pain for YEARS. 👣😳

If your second toe is rubbing against your shoe, developing a painful bump, or constantly forming a corn, don’t just keep treating the skin.

The corn is often a symptom of an underlying toe alignment or pressure problem.

👠 Tight/narrow shoes can make it worse
👣 Toe deformities can create constant pressure
🔥 Repeated rubbing = thick, painful skin
❌ Shaving the corn may give temporary relief—but it doesn’t fix WHY it keeps coming back.

Your feet shouldn’t hurt every time you put on shoes.

There are conservative and surgical options depending on the cause—including minimally invasive techniques in appropriate patients.

💬 Does your corn keep coming back no matter what you do? Comment “CORN” and I’ll tell you what may be causing it.

Save this for the next time your toe starts hurting. 👇
Share it with someone who has been “just living with” foot pain.

👣 FLAT FEET? SURGERY ISN’T ALWAYS THE ANSWER — BUT SOMETIMES IT IS.

The good news? The majority of people with flat feet can do very well with conservative treatment. 🙌

The right shoes, orthotics, stretching, strengthening, activity modification, and other non-surgical treatments can make a HUGE difference — especially when there is no significant structural progression.
But there’s another side of the story…
A portion of patients continue to have significant pain, worsening deformity, weakness, or difficulty with daily activities despite appropriate conservative care.

👉 That’s when surgery may become the right conversation.

And when surgery is indicated, flatfoot reconstruction can be a safe and highly effective option when the correct procedure is chosen for the individual patient and performed using appropriate techniques.
The goal isn’t to “fix” every flat foot.
The goal is to treat the patient, not just the X-ray. ❤️👣

Save this & share it with someone who has flat feet!

🚨 Think it’s “just dry skin”? Think again.

Flaky, cracked, constantly dry skin on your feet may be more than a moisturizing problem. 👣

One condition that can sometimes be overlooked? Psoriasis.

❌ Moisturizing over and over without improvement
❌ Thick, scaly or flaky skin
❌ Cracking, irritation or redness
❌ Symptoms that keep coming back

Your feet shouldn’t have to look or feel this way.

✨ The right diagnosis = the right treatment.

If your “dry skin” just won’t go away, it’s time to have it checked. 👩‍⚕️👣

Have you ever mistaken psoriasis for dry skin? 👇

Did you know some people are born with “webbed toes”? 👀🦶

It’s called syndactyly, and it happens when two or more toes don’t completely separate during development before birth.

And here’s the part many people don’t realize: it can happen even when everything else about the foot is completely normal.

Some people live with it their entire lives. Others may consider surgery for cosmetic reasons or if it causes functional or shoe-related problems.

🦶 Your feet develop in fascinating ways!

Would you have surgery to separate webbed toes—or leave them alone? 👇

Save this for your next “I never knew that!” moment and share it with someone who needs to see this.

09/16/2026

🚨 That “dark spot” on your toe? Don’t ignore it.

Not every spot is harmless. Melanoma can develop on the foot or under a toenail—and early detection matters.

👣 Know your feet. Check your skin. If something changes, get it checked.

🚨 Athletes: Don’t Ignore This Kind of Heel Pain.
If your heel hurts when you run, jump, or play sports, pushing through it isn’t always the answer.
Your Achilles tendon, growth plate, and surrounding structures can all contribute to heel pain — and the cause matters when it comes to treatment.
⚽️🏀🏃‍♀️ Whether you’re an athlete, a parent, or a coach, knowing the difference can help prevent a small problem from becoming a season-ending injury.
👉 Save this for the next time heel pain shows up.
👉 Send this to an athlete who needs to hear it.
Your feet are the foundation of your performance. Take care of them. 🦶
