What does support look like where you live?! I’d love to hear how it differs across the country or across the world. Tell me in the comments! I have a feeling there will be a lot of variability in what supports moms have.

Before I became a mom, I didn’t fully understand how much moms carry behind the scenes.

The waiting.
The loss.
The trauma.
The identity shifts.
The NICU rooms.
The postpartum spirals.
The grief that can sit right next to love.

I think about the friends I loved but didn’t know how to support yet.

The ones who may have needed more than “thinking of you.”

The ones who may have needed someone to sit with them in it.

Motherhood has made me listen differently.

Because now I know how much can live underneath “I’m fine.”
