At the tender age of nine Ava fell in love with the culinary arts

. Experimenting with a variety of ingredients, Ava began developing her trademark recipes. Two years ago Ava began adding Raw Foods to her resume. She learned how to incorporate her love for both worlds together,which she outlines in her mini recipe book. The human body is a complex and beautiful creation. It is created in such a way that with the right tools it can heal itself on its own by using Raw Vegan Foods.
