From the first moment your skin meets warmth, July begins to teach us. Where the warmth of the afternoon lingers on your skin, salt glistens on bare shoulders and bare feet remember the earth.

Before most of the city was awake, I walked to the hill of Sacré-Cœur to watch the sun rise over Paris.

The air was cool, the streets were quiet, and the city felt as though it was still dreaming.

Windows stood open, welcoming the fresh morning air into homes already warmed by summer.

As the sun slowly revealed itself above the horizon, a quiet contemplation began to rise within me.

From my hands,
to my heart,
and into communion.

My eyes softened, and without effort my thoughts turned toward all those I love—and even those I may never meet.

Today, I am simply grateful to witness another turning of the wheel.

A gentle whisper from the songbirds: cherish what is here.

Sunrise Sound Meditations at Jardin Junot 🌿

As the city slowly awakens and the first light begins to dance across the sky, we’re reminded of something so simple, yet so often forgotten: the importance of beginning the day in connection.

This summer, I’m honored to be partnering with Jardin Junot—quite literally my neighbor here in Montmartre—for a series of Sunrise Quartz Sound Meditations.

There is something special about the early morning hours.

Before the heat of the day arrives.
Before the pace of life begins to quicken.

The air feels fresher.
The mind feels clearer.
Nature offers us a moment to pause, breathe, and listen.

🌱Together, we’ll gather in this beautiful garden to breathe, set intentions, connect with nature, and be immersed in the harmonizing frequencies of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls.

Each gathering will carry its own theme and intention, while offering a space for grounding, reflection, connection, and a conscious beginning to the week ahead.

Intentionally created these gatherings as a simple and accessible 45-minute offering—a gentle pause to nourish the whole being before stepping into the day.

Strawberries still warm from the sun. Farmers’ markets overflowing with abundance. Long tables shared amongst friends. Grandparents. Togetherness. The sweetness of something fleeting.

This month, Memories Through Time explores the Taste of June — a sensory journey through seasonality, nostalgia, ritual, and our relationship with what we consume.

Together, we wander through summer solstice traditions, bowls of fruit placed at the centre of the table, and the memories that live quietly within food. A gentle reminder that something small, fleeting, and delicate can still feel deeply luxurious.
