Every Saturday and Sunday, we will be hosting classes at The Seaside Wildlife Nature Park (at the corner of Nelson Ave and Tennyson Ave) … weather permitting! ☺️

Sat: 8am - Gentle Yoga
Sun: 8am - Hatha Yoga (open level)
Place: Center lawn
Cost: Non-Members - by donation
Members - by donation OR
class package/membership
