We’ve been taught to measure healing by how good we feel.

Less sadness. Less discomfort. Less grief. More peace. More gratitude. More “high vibe.”

But the goal is not to feel good all the time. It’s building enough safety within yourself that you don’t have to run when you don’t.

To be able to hold grief and gratitude at the same time. To have a hard day without making it mean you’re going backwards. To feel discomfort without immediately needing to fix it, transcend it, or turn it into something positive.

Healing is just realizing you can feel the full spectrum of being human and still stay with yourself through all of it. 🤍

Spiritual truths: high vibration DOESN’T MATTER. What is high vibration to someone may be low vibration to another. So what does matter? Coherence.
