We take the time to talk with parents and care givers to help you understand your child's needs, and we equip you with the knowledge necessary for promoting a

lifetime of optimal health and wellness. Our practice offers a full range of medical services, from birth through young adulthood, with a focus on prevention and wellness education. We are fully computerized level 3 patient centered medical home (PCMH Level 3 certified by NCQA) practice. Our clinic is active participant in NYC's Primary Care Information Project, which seeks to improve population health through health information technology and data exchange.

While well-child visits and vaccinations may have been delayed during COVID-19 stay-at-home guidance, they are essential services. On-time vaccination ensures children are protected against deadly vaccine-preventable diseases. Covid-19 pandemic has changed our way of living, and we hope that all our patients and their families are coping well and practicing recommendations of wearing mask, frequently washing hands and keeping social distance.

Starting this week, our office has started providing limited services to our newborns and patients that need well visits. Vaccinations are very critical for protection of children from various diseases and must not be missed. Our office has been providing TeleHealth visits to serve our sick patients and will continue to provide so. Please call our office for your needs.

As safety of patients and staff is our highest priority, walk-ins are not allowed and schedules are strictly followed.
