Very excited to assist Juliane Taylor Shore at Omega Institute from July 19-24th for the "Undoing Aloneness" retreat for therapists and other helping professionals. We'd love you to join if you're able!

This is a supportive retreat for helping professionals, offering you space for discoveries about how you care for yourself and how you might find opportunities to do it better. We examine your relationships to power, self, "of-courseness," and not-knowing to see how they might be informing your work. We dive deeply into these relationships and interweave inner boundary work, as well.

Each of us brings our whole selves and unique creativity to this work, so there is not one path to heal from or prevent burnout. This retreat is designed to support you in exploring how you orient to your work and to put in place unique-to-you practices that will help you be rejuvenated by your work every day.

LAB is an opportunity to practice being withness to what arises within you. To trace patterns with care. To withness (be with + witness) the places you get stuck, not as what’s wrong, but as what is emerging and seeking tending, relationship and connection. These tendrils of stuckness can open portals for healing that move through time, lineage, and legacy…inviting a deeper emergence of what’s possible.

Over time, presence shifts. The room shifts. Work becomes more easeful, connected, alive with courageous creativity.

We draw from The STAIR Method framework and interweave modalities to cultivate deliberate practices, and collaborate to support courageous explorations.

Applications for Fall 2026 cohorts now open.

This is a series I want you to know about…

My colleagues at are hosting a free interactive learning series this June called The World Is Calling, led by Staci Haines, Nkem Ndefo, Karine Bell, and Kai Cheng Thom.

It begins June 6th and explores how the skills we cultivate in healing, presence, regulation, relational repair, embodied practice, translate into meaningful engagement in the larger social field.

None of us are meant to carry this weight alone.

You’re invited into community as we journey with our griefs, together.

The world is a lot. So much grief and injustice. So much to witness and metabolize. And the overwhelm of it, and still needing to keep going.

It's easy to shut down, to go numb, to lose track of what we feel. Sometimes we can't tell if we're protecting ourselves or abandoning something important.

This space is an invitation to come back to yourself. Not to figure things out. To be in relationship with what is emerging. To be present with it.

Being with and meeting discomfort is part of that. Especially discomfort that asks us to look inward. To notice what we've taken for granted. To question what we've been taught to trust. To feel into what sits okay and what doesn't. To reorient to the gravity of this moment.

A gravity that needs to be felt and witnessed and experienced. When we let ourselves feel it, it shows us where we are.

And maybe, guides us where we go next…

This is an invitation to gather.
Without agenda or performance.

Just us sweet humans, gathering together in community, in real time, bringing what we're carrying.

Grief. Anger. Tenderness. Uncertainty. A desire to feel less alone.

Join us Monday June 22nd for our next Geography of Grief gathering, online and free.
