New moon in Gemini today, and I’m here for it.✨

This lunation may ask us to reexamine where we spend our time, money, and energy. But it’s also offering something gentler: a chance to heal through curiosity, laughter, and connection, not just the deep shadow work.

My favorite tip for this season? Get comfortable living in the unknown.

Curiosity changes everything. Instead of “what’s wrong with me,” try “what is this trying to teach me?” That one shift, from judgment to inquiry, softens the grip pain has on us. You can’t be defensive and curious at the same time. And staying open when it would be easier to armor up? That’s real courage.

This weekend, New York reminded me what that looks like in motion. Brooklyn Pride turned 30. The Puerto Rican Day Parade lit up Fifth Avenue. And the Knicks won their first championship since 1973, the whole city exhaling together in joy.

Different stories, same energy: people showing up fully as themselves, staying open, and finding unity in being celebratory with each other.

That’s the Gemini magic. Curiosity and community don’t just help us survive, they open doors we didn’t know were there.

Here’s to staying curious. 🌙

What if everything you’ve been searching for in another person is actually a map back to yourself? 🪞

Research on life satisfaction consistently keeps arriving back to the same truth: the quality of our relationships determines the quality of our lives. But the relationship most of us are least honest about is the one happening in the quiet moments when no one else is around. The one with ourselves.

The way you speak to yourself in those moments becomes the blueprint. Not just for how you treat others, but for what you believe you deserve from them. When we haven’t done the work of forgiving ourselves, we carry that debt into every room we enter. When we’ve learned to survive by being our own harshest critic, we eventually outsource that criticism onto the people closest to us.

And sometimes the universe gets really literal about it. We end up in relationships that feel strangely familiar, because they are.

But here’s what’s also true. When you begin to hold yourself with genuine honesty AND genuine compassion, something shifts. You stop needing others to be perfect because you’ve stopped demanding it of yourself. You can see people clearly without needing to diminish them.

So I asked Claude: “What does someone with high character actually do differently?” Because this isn’t about aspiration. It’s about becoming.

Who you attract is never random. It’s a reflection of where you are inside. The moment you recognize that pattern, you have a choice. And that choice begins with one question.

Who am I becoming? ✨

🌺On this new moon in Ta**us, I find myself thinking about Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and its practice of values clarification. At its core, ACT asks us to get honest about what actually matters to us. Not what we inherited, not what looks good from the outside, but what we are genuinely here to tend.
🌺Here’s something worth sitting with: our values are meant to change. Jung understood the Self as a living, evolving thing, and what sustained us at one chapter of life may no longer serve us in the next. Outgrowing old values isn’t betrayal — it’s maturity. It means you’ve been paying attention.
🌺There’s a real difference between seeking pleasure and seeking sustenance, and this new moon invites us to feel that distinction from the inside. Ta**us grounds us in the body and the senses, asking us to slow down enough to actually inhabit ourselves. When we notice what feels truly nourishing versus what just feels stimulating, we begin making choices from a more honest and settled place.
🌺This lunation is quietly asking us to listen for what feels secure. The humbling truth is that the most meaningful changes rarely arrive dramatically. They come through repetition and devotion to the small things. Saving a little money. Pausing before reacting. Showing up to a daily practice even when it feels unremarkable. Brené Brown would call this the unglamorous work of integrity, and it is some of the most important work we will ever do.
🌺Ta**us builds slowly and builds well. This season, let that be enough. With genuine curiosity rather than guilt, consider where your time, energy and money are actually going. Invest in what lasts. Trust that every small, conscious choice is quietly compounding into the life you are trying to build.
🌺You are already closer than you think.

Yes, that’s a picture of me. Before I was a blonde, I was a spicy brunette. Always ready to travel, always looking for the next adventure, always packed and ready to go. Some things don’t change. 😄
On Mother’s Day, I find myself sitting with the definition of mothering itself: nurturing, protecting, and raising a child with warmth and affection.
Many of us have mothered in the traditional sense, taking on the extraordinary responsibility of bringing a child into the world. But here’s what I want you to hold today: all of us, regardless of age or circumstance, are also the parent of an inner child.
And that job? It’s real work. It deserves just as much tenderness as any other kind of mothering.
That parenting role asks us to notice who we are actually talking to when the inner critic gets loud, when we spiral at 2am, or when we just can’t seem to give ourselves a break. Beneath all of that is a younger version of you, doing their best with what they had.
The inner child carries the emotions, memories, beliefs, and wounds formed in early life. When childhood needs went unmet through trauma, neglect, criticism, or instability, those experiences don’t simply disappear. They get stored in the psyche and quietly shape our adult behavior, emotions, and relationships. Quietly, I said. Sometimes not so quietly. 😏
None of that is your fault. And all of it deserves your gentleness.
So this Mother’s Day, let’s also honor the nurturer who lives inside each of us. Let’s look honestly, and kindly, at where we need to parent and reparent ourselves.
You might even carry a photo of your younger self as a reminder of exactly who you’re showing up for. That little one is counting on you. They always were. And when you tend to them with the love they always deserved, you will have so much more to give everyone else.
You are doing a beautiful thing just by showing up for yourself. Don’t forget that.
Happy Mother’s Day to all, especially to the part of you that has been doing this quietly all along. 💛

Many of us arrive at healing with our arms open, hoping to receive. Sometimes what we’re reaching for is a feeling — confidence, love, a quieter kind of peace. But the longer I sit with this work, the more I believe healing isn’t primarily about gaining anything.
It’s about letting go.

Releases. Completions. Losses honored rather than buried. These are the things that clear the ground for something new.

Pain is complicated, especially the pain we survived. Because survival is its own kind of trick. We made it through. We are safe now. And yet the body always knows that safety in the present doesn’t erase the past. As the book says, “the body keeps the score.” It remembers what the mind tries to file away. A look. A tone of voice. A particular quality of light. And suddenly we are back in the place that hurt us, as though no time has passed at all.

Our triggers are not our weakness. They are the map of where we’ve been. And our work, tender and courageous, is to remind ourselves: I am safe. I am allowed to feel this. Feeling the pain is often the only way through it. Grief, when we stop running from it, becomes the very thing that sets us free.

This full moon in Scorpio is offering us something rare: the gift of transformation. What’s coming up now are the places we’ve been quietly avoiding. The conversations we haven’t finished. The truths we’ve been circling. Healing only happens in honesty, and sometimes that honesty asks us to look at our own role in our suffering, not with shame, but with clear and compassionate eyes. Because avoidance isn’t protection. Avoidance is just pain on a payment plan.

Let yourself be awakened by what’s moving through you. Everything being revealed is medicine. Every uncomfortable truth, every old ache rising to the surface. It’s not punishment. It’s an invitation.

This is happening for you. All of it.

⚡In a few hours Uranus will leave Ta**us and move into Gemini.

Uranus is the zodiac’s mad scientist. Think lightning bolts, earthquakes, and zero interest in your comfort zone. Our instinct is often to quickly label things as good or bad, but Uranus invites us to go deeper and look at the high and low vibrations of the same energy instead. As the saying goes, we can’t dictate the weather… but we can learn to dress for it. 🌩️

For the past 8 years, Uranus moved through Ta**us, (not so quietly) shaking up everything we thought we owned, valued, and held stable. Money, beauty, security — all of it got a second look. Ta**us craved consistency and comfort, but Uranus had other plans.

Now? It’s Gemini’s turn. 🌀✌️

The last time Uranus was here (1941–49), the world saw rapid breakthroughs in aviation, computing, and broadcasting. This time we’re looking at AI, communication, and education being completely reimagined. The next 7 years are going to move fast.

Here’s what I want us to remember: Gemini is the sign of the twins, of multitudes. The invitation here is to stop flattening people (including yourself) into one-dimensional characters. We are not all good or all bad. We contain parts. We contain contradictions. That’s not weakness, that’s wholeness.

Watch the gossip. Drop the quick labels. Let your relationships be mirrors, not verdicts. The low vibe of this energy splits. The high vibe integrates. 🤍

Which one are you choosing?

✨ ARIES NEW MOON ✨

I’ve been saying for years that healing is truly my favorite sport.

The intensity, the relief, the incredible freedom available when we finally take ourselves on — it is, in my opinion, the most worthy investment of our time and energy.

And today, with more Aries energy in the sky than we’ve seen in our lifetimes, we are being handed a new beginning inside the realm of healing.

Here’s the thing though. To truly do the work, we first have to touch the wound.

Pain is not the enemy. Pain is part of the equation. It has purpose. We need to feel the harm we’ve caused ourselves and others in order to grow, develop empathy, and show up differently.

With Chiron traveling so close to the sun and moon during this lunation, we are being called to the root. Symptom management is not enough right now. We want to go deeper. We want to get at the root of the problem. We want to take ourselves on.

“I am” is the Aries motto.
So keep digging for who you are. Your trauma and your pain do not define you. But every single characteristic that carried you through to this point? That is worth honoring.

This is not the moment to return to the people who hurt you, hoping they will heal you. The work belongs to you.

And maybe, in a true Wizard of Oz moment, the answers have been inside you all along.

🌑 New moon. New beginning. You’ve got this.

IRepeat after me: “Endings are not failures. They are part of the cycle of life.”
So often people arrive to their healing journey seeking clarity around a chapter that has closed. Maybe that chapter is a childhood, a relationship, a pattern, a loss. Saying goodbye always takes courage.
With all of this bold, fiery Aries energy lighting up the sky, the cosmos are cheering you on toward newness. But here’s the wisdom: how we end is often how we begin.
🌕 This Full Moon in Libra is holding up a mirror, inviting us to look at the projections and oppositions that kept us loyal to relationships where we slowly abandoned ourselves in the pursuit of earning love from another.
And that’s the thing about love. We were so often taught it must be earned, proven, or demanded. But love was never meant to be a game of tug of war. It is and always has been a shared experience.
A heartfelt shout out to my dear colleague, friend and mentor , a gifted psychic medium, who joined me this morning in a powerful release ritual. Together we sat with how this Full Moon is asking us to confront our codependency patterns and gently release them from a place of forgiveness and gratitude. 🙏
Some connections can only take us so far. And releasing with grace? That is not weakness. That is honorable. That is freedom.
I see you. I support you. Release the ties that bind, for your inner child and the adult you have become. Both deserve liberation. 🦋
And finally, since it is April Fools’ Day 🌕🃏 I was going to tell you a joke about the full moon but I didn’t want to lunar your day with bad puns.
Ok, now I’m done! 😄 Wishing you always a meaningful day of liberation, release and beautiful new beginnings. And to those celebrating Passover today and Easter this weekend, I honor you too. ✨

Aries Season Is Not Playing Around (And Neither Should You) 🔥

Change hasn’t just knocked on the door, it’s let itself in and started rearranging the furniture.

With Saturn, Neptune, and the Sun all in Aries and zero retrogrades until May 6th, things are moving fast and your nervous system knows it.

You are not imagining it. You are not broken. This is just the cosmic calendar running a sprint.

Here’s my best advice during this time : staying grounded right now isn’t optional — it’s the work. Breathwork, meditation, sound healing, or throwing a medicine ball at the ground with your whole chest ….do whatever brings you back into your body. Your feelings are not emergencies, even when everything around you feels like one.
And here’s the plot twist about rapid change: it still happens through repetition. Through showing up. Again and again. Even when it’s inconvenient. Even when the world is in chaos.

This season is calling for accountability, but accountability without compassion is just shame with better PR. What’s actually being asked of us is radical honesty, responsibility, and forgiveness. For ourselves. For the mess. For anything we’re still carrying that was never ours to hold forever.

Your courage is needed. Your healing is your activism.

So fight for yourself , not frantically, not from fear but like someone who already knows they’re worth it. 💛

Because you are.
