Six months after rhinoplasty and septoplasty, and my patient is so happy with her new profile.

She wished for her hump to be removed and for a profile that had a subtle curve that was delicate, but not too scooped or overdone. She also wanted better tip support and a little more rotation, while still keeping the result soft and natural.

These are the finesse changes so many of my patients are looking for: improvement without looking overdone.

I am thrilled for her result, and… as always… I am ever so grateful for her trust in me as her surgeon as well as her willingness to share her journey.

As a reminder, this patient presented with asymmetry, a widened tip, and residual irregularities from a prior rhinoplasty. She is now 4 months post-op and really happy to look in the mirror and see the nose she always wished to have.

This revision rhinoplasty focused on narrowing and refining the tip, improving symmetry, and creating a smoother, more controlled nasal contour. Her prior surgery produced a scar in the columella (skin between the nostrils) that was more severe on the right and was revised at the same time as the rest of the revision rhinoplasty. The result is a more balanced appearance with improved definition that integrates naturally with her facial features.

4 month follow-up after revision rhinoplasty. This patient came seeking help to refine her tip shape, improve her symmetry, and achieve better definition.

The revision focused on restoring structure, refining the tip, and creating a smoother, more balanced contour. She also had unique scar tissue in her columella (the skin between the nostrils) from her prior surgery that was revised.

Hearing how confident and comfortable she feels in her result is always the goal.

6 months after male rhinoplasty. In this case, a major goal was to soften the nasal bump while maintaining a masculine profile. This patient’s nasal profile before surgery showed a prominent dorsal hump and a heavier, downward-oriented tip, which drew focus away from his other features.

Surgical refinement created a straighter dorsal line and improved tip support. From the front, the symmetry and definition also were upgraded. Overall, my patient loves that his new nose is balanced with his other facial features, looks beautiful, and appears natural.
