Lux Physical Therapy and Functional Medicine We help patients manage and treat pain, injury and chronic illness. Lux Physical Therapy and Functional Medicine is a unique rehab and chronic illness practice.

We find the root cause, whether you are a physical therapy or functional medicine patient. For PT, we implement research based protocols that focus on reducing pain associated with injury and poor movement patterns. We will find the root cause of your pain, treat that cause, and teach you how to prevent this injury from reoccurring. We treat any and all injuries. We use many forms of manual therapy such as: Active release technique (ART), Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Joint Mobilizations and Manipulations, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Myofascial Decompression (cupping), and Kinesiotaping. We will also teach you how to utilize the correct postural and movement adjustments, breathing patterns, and corrective exercises to help you perform optimally and pain-free. Our goal is to get you back to doing what you love to do, as fast as possible! Regarding, functional medicine patients- people usually come across the practice of Functional Medicine when they have seen multiple doctors, tried multiple medications/supplements and still feel sick. Dr. Wickham provides in-depth chronic illness root cause analyses, intelligently-designed supportive supplement protocols, diagnostic testing recommendations and lifestyle guidance to support your body's functioning and heal naturally. He partners with your care team as needed. We look forward to working with you!
