Just amazing.

When youโ€™re on a Harry Potter tour for the kids and not having read a single page of the book, and have a chance encounter with an actor and an advocate you dearly admire. Incredibly gracious, even indulged us with a photo!

Engulfed by three east coast-based docs, all with big grins knowing what a big ER (yes, I just rewatched the entire 15-season series) and The Pitt fan I am, this pic is absolutely one for the ages! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ

TY to the cast, crew, consultants, and creators for honoring healthcare workers by unveiling the good, bad, and the ugly of the U.S. healthcare system.

Thank you to my friend, , for doing the tireless work to save lives!

Colore**al cancer awareness and prevention is always top of mind. And especially in March, we want to bring increased attention to this cancer that his highly preventable, treatable, and beatable when people get screened at the right age.

The magic number is 45! And even earlier if youโ€™re at higher risk.

What things can you do starting today to lower your risk of colore**al cancer?

๐Ÿ’™ Eat a diet rich in fiber.
๐Ÿ’™ Limit red meat consumption.
๐Ÿ’™ Be active. Move your body!
๐Ÿ’™ Quit smoking.
๐Ÿ’™ Limit alcohol consumption.
๐Ÿ’™ Donโ€™t delay your colore**al cancer screening!

Small steps = big gains. Share this with a loved one. We want you around for the long haul. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ

๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ Develop a nutrition strategy (plan, test the plan, & make some tweaks)
