5. Chew your food like you paid for it. Speed eating is a modern sport with no trophy. Swallowing in a hurry is disrespect to digestion. Take your time when eating. The mouth is not a shortcut, it is the first doctor. Digestion starts on your tongue 👅.

6. If your legs still work, use them. Every unnecessary short ride is a missed blessing. When the trip is super short, park the car and walk around the block.

7. Stretching in the morning tells your joints, “I have not abandoned you.” If you won’t do extensive exercise everyday, at least stretch daily.

8. Sweeping the house and doing basic house chores is not punishment. It is unpaid physiotherapy. Sweeping, cleaning and washing are exercises disguised as responsibilities. Don’t outsource everything. Do some yourself to move your joints and muscles.

14. Before Uber and motorbikes, legs were the original transport system. Walking is not poverty, it is preventive medicine. If you avoid walking, you are avoiding good health.
