Full Mouth Restoration. One of my favorite rehab cases of last year. The real credit here goes to the patient. These rehab cases are never easy but so much went on between the “Before” and the “After” photo; multiple diagnostic stages, full arch crown lengthening and gum surgery at the time of preparation, implant placement and bone grafting, root canal surgery, multiple provisionals (temps) to test and achieve the new Vertical Dimension (VDO). These advanced types of wear cases are considered the most difficult of all to restore properly— with natural aesthetics and without joint and muscle symptoms. All in all I am very pleased with how this case turned out. And couldn’t be happier for patient. He finally has the teeth and smile that truly belongs in his face. If you look carefully, even the shape of his lips and smile changed in a more natural way to accommodate his gorgeous new smile.
