This was one the main skills I wanted to re-learn when I started gymnastics again! It is super hard not to compare myself to what I was capable of as a kidā€¦ but it is giving me LOTS of opportunities to practice self compassion and patience šŸ˜…

If I told my younger self that Alopecia would contribute to having my dream career (and dream life in general), idk if she would have believed it!

I know itā€™s easy to look my social media now & think that hair loss has always been easy for meā€¦ but I promise that wasnā€™t the case. Give yourself time. Give yourself grace. And keep putting one foot in-front of the other.
