I always like to know how students/clients discover my work and am often surprised….One of my guests on Saturday’s walk apparently asked ChatGPT….

I am not sure of her exact question, but something along the lines of….”Where can I do a nature walk this weekend?”, and Petalune Herbals popped up!

My favorite breakfast treat is a leftover recipe from my raw food days…
You’ll need a baby coconut. The juice and coconut meat are blended with 1-2 cups of raw soaked, rinsed and peeled almonds, a few raisons for sweetness and chewiness, and a generous amount of cinnamon plus a drizzle of vanilla extract.

So delicious…It’s the best muesli replacement you’ll ever taste!

I usually eat it with chopped apple and pear, but summer fruits work well too, although I do miss the apple crunch!

In case you are tempted to make this, the biggest challenge will be opeing the coconut. I use a designated wood mallet and a chisel!
