This Thursday night at 8:45 (arrival time closer to 8:30 so there's time to get set up and settled in). Join Anna Scholl Zahn of The Wild Aura and me at North Star Swim Club (you don't have to be a member to come) for an evening of relaxation. There will be a live sound bath during a guided meditation followed by more frequency music playing (and of course the sweet sounds of Mother Nature) while Anna offers Reiki and I offer Thai Bodywork. All you need is a yoga mat, but I highly recommend also bringing a blanket and maybe even a pillow. Dress warm and cozy. The weather looks beautiful! Treat yourself and your nervous system!

Happy Saturday! Slight change of plans tomorrow. Yes, the noon restorative class was already cancelled because of the holiday weekend BUT now that the weather is doing what it's doing I've decided to instead add a pop-up advanced practice to the schedule tomorrow at 10am. Minimal cuing, some challenging poses. I'll be on my mat as well but will still offer assists in resting poses. As with all of the classes taught in the studio, rest and modify as needed!

Experience the transformative power of a dynamic Vinyasa Flow. This pop-up practice is for the advanced student. Limited cuing which leaves more space for things like breath and introspection.
