After several months collecting feedback and working with Kane Learning, LCBDD has completed a draft of our next three-year strategic plan. We want to hear from people we support, their families, providers and community partners about what we got right, what’s missing and what your priorities are as we look to 2027 and beyond.
Join us at our October Board meeting, at 5 p.m. on October 21, at our administrative building (116 N. 22nd St. in Newark) and share your feedback on our draft. Plan to pop by for a few minutes or stay for the whole meeting — we just want to hear from our community!

Thank you to Mid East Ohio Regional Council (MEORC) for joining us for our Provider Steering Committee this month! We had great conversation around Tableau and how to connect to resources. We also spoke about how we are phasing out the UI reporting email and UI’s being entered through Brittco! Deadline for the email will be November 1st, but will still be active so we can contact whoever is still using the email and help them move to the Brittco process! Congratulations to our raffle basket winner this month Amanda from Center for Disability Services. Look forward to seeing everyone October 27th at 10:00am at LCBDD for our next meeting.
