Today, I had the privilege of leading a summertime-themed guided meditation for my fellow teammates at . Centered on mindfulness and presence, the session was enhanced by the calming sounds of a Tibetan singing bowl, creating an opportunity for reflection and renewal.
Following the meditation, we transitioned into a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga practice designed to promote relaxation, movement, and overall well-being.
I am grateful to be part of an organization that recognizes the importance of employee wellness and supports opportunities for teammates to prioritize their mental, emotional, and physical health.
